Thrifty Thursday: Finding books about Luxembourg

One of the benefits of working with a professional genealogist is the knowledge bank. Because he or she knows the history of the area and what records should be present, the genealogist is more likely to locate records about your family.

How do you pick up some of that knowledge? The same way the genealogist does – read!

The Library of the University of St. Thomas offers a nice list of Luxembourger reference books. Since they are in circulation in that library, many libraries will be able to interlibrary loan the books from St. Thomas – or get them through another closer library. Much faster and cheaper than Amazon!
