- Latin Lesson for Research in Catholic Records This 2011 blog post provides readers with a basic word list for interpreting Catholic records. While it’s too simplistic for l8th and 19th century records, it should be helpful for the shorter records of the early 1900s.
- Latin Genealogical Word List: This About.com post translates words by topic, which makes it useful for addressing all sorts of documents – including wills.
- Latin Word List: FamilySearch‘s word list not only separates out date and time information from other words, but it also explains how the language is formed.
